Function General Items Return Policy - In most cases, consumers can apply for returns within 3 days of receipt of the goods, if not retroactive from the date of delivery. If your order is shipped to Brazil or Russia, you can send it back to us within 40 days of shipment. After delivery, you will receive an email with the delivery date and order details. Some products have different policies or related requirements.

Is your product damaged, different or not working? If so, you are protected and may file a claim outlined below.

1. Please contact us within 3 days after receipt of the product to explain the problem photo or video, and whether to refund or replacement.

2. If we need more information, we will review the claim and contact you.

3. If approved, we will refund or resend the item, and you may also need to return the item.

Do I need to send items back to selloph.com?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at onlineservice@bsfzmail.com

If we ask you to return the product, we will discuss with you the most cost-effective way to send the product back to us and provide you with complete instructions, including our address. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, you will receive a full / partial refund.

Upon receipt and checking of your return, we will notify you by email that we have received the returned items. We will also inform you of the approval or refusal of your refund.
If you get your approval, your refund will be processed and your credit card will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
